Delete Negative Thoughts and Create Positive Thoughts

If you suffer from negative thinking, how do you know it? Doubt, worry, fear, looking at the glass half-empty, doom and gloom, focusing on what might go wrong or is wrong; all of these are examples of negative thinking. When you are in a negative thought, your subconscious mind will start coming up with excuses not to put the needed time and effort into your important work, any project. In that case, first look at successful people. They are all positive thinkers and have common an optimistic outlook. A positive outlook gives you a better outcome than a negative one. Without a culture of positivity, you can’t get a result. So learn some tricks to be a positive person.

Tips and Advice to Stay on a Positive Road

Practice all this every day and be a optimistic person.

1. Keep a list of motivational quotes that inspire you:

“Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending.”– Maria Robinson

“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.”– Aristotle

“Always make a total effort, even when the odds are against you.”– Arnold Palmer

“Build your own dreams, or someone else will hire you to build theirs.”– Farrah Gray

“Your focus determines your reality.”– George Lucas

“All progress takes place outside the comfort zone.”– Michael John Bobak

“If you want something you’ve never had, you must be willing to do something you’ve never done.”– Thomas Jefferson

Leave the Past and Live in the Present

  • Don’t Dwell in The Past. “Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment.”
  • NOW OR NAVER.
  • Don’t Feel Anxiety in the Present Moment.
  • Be in This Moment!
  • Stay in the Present.

Some Important Positive Tips

  1. Eat right and stay fit, when you look good on the outside it’s easier to feel good on the inside.

2. Avoid the energy vampires; you know the people that are full of drama, negativity, and drain your positive energy. Try avoiding these types of people, if they are close friends or family members; wear your garlic.

3. Positive and negative energy are both contagious so merely surround yourself with positive people.

4. Take note of people who overcame significant hardships and are thriving. Have you ever seen or read a story of someone with a significant disability and how they defeated it against all the odds. Look on the internet for these types of stories they will inspire you.

5. Music can have a very positive effect and dramatically change your mood. Create a playlist that makes you feel good, motivates you, and keeps you moving. Even singing can release stress, so go ahead, sing out loud to your favorite songs.

6. Smile, be conscious, and make sure you smile at everyone you come in contact. You will be amazed at how powerful a smile is, and the positive energy people will give back in your direction.

7. Get the recommended amount of sleep, a well-rested mind thinks clearer, but don’t overdo it and hibernate, being unemployed is not a season; you can’t sleep it off

8. If you usually go to the gym, meditate, play sports or do yoga keep doing these things; they can have a positive effect on you. Always consult with a physician on any fitness programs.
